Where to find it
It all shows up on the web page under Home: your things, your paperwork, and the people who’ve worked on the house. If it got something wrong, you can fix it. Tell HouseMouse about a warranty, like “five-year warranty on the dishwasher”, and it keeps that with the appliance.
Where it stops
- It reads what you send. It never asks to get into your email.
- PDFs and photos up to 20 MB, sent on WhatsApp. You can’t upload on the web page yet.
- If it doesn’t have something, it says so instead of guessing.
Questions
- Does it read warranty terms from a document?
- Not yet. Tell HouseMouse the warranty, like “five years on the dishwasher”, and it keeps it with the appliance.
- Can it read my email for receipts?
- No, and it never asks for your inbox. Forward or send it the documents you want saved.
